You can't edit the current face, you'll have to start from scratch.

Csn you enter the codes that you havs for your original shepard and just edit from there or is it impossible?

There is no code for the me1 characters. Just start from scratch, use the presets to help you. Shouldn't be that difficult.

No, there's a code for the ME1 characters--in the new game, that is. They give you one when you upload them.
I wish I'd used that to tweak my design a bit, now that I think about it....
