It's good, but you have to have a ton of ammo to use it (requires a 100% charge or no go).



And then it blows up whatever it was pointed at.



And 50/50 your screen goes red because the damn pratorean walked too close while charging.

Needless to say, all I saw was fire and then....nothing.

Used once just to see what it did and will probably never use it again. Waste of Resources and ammo in my book. I'd rather have multiple shots with my Blackstorm then a single kill everything in front of you once button.

Got it just before I went after Thane. I was at the bridge and there was like one Asari commando, so I figured I'd use it to take her out quick.

I used it against the thresher maw. Thing knocked its health down almost to nothing. Wasn't expecting such fire power. Really cool.

Two if you have all ammo upgrades and your actual supply of ammo is full.

The Blackstorm has this cool looking effect that's somewhat useful (kind of a downer), the "Cain" is in an entirely different league. Simply put, have a boss that's a problem take the Cain.

The great thing about this Nuke, you don't have to kill 25 people to use it. 5 second charge, and then all the bad guys meet their gods...

Sad part is that the charge up can get intrupted if you're being hit by rockets and other heavy weapons.

on insanity i only ever managed to fire it once. every other time i took too much damage while charging up the shot and had to get back into cover. finally just sorta gave up on it. but it really does look cool

Great weapon sadly to risky to use, To much out in the open time long charge most likely die before getting it off in really needed cases out side of pure luck.

Frankly I hate all the charge weapons it seem the risk is never worth the reward.

I took it first for Grunt loyalty mission and in the final battle killed all the krogans (like 6 with armor) with one shot. Tried it on thresher maw - took half its life.

I like how after you fire it, it vents heat for the rest of the mission. Just a little reminder that you completely obliterated something earlier.

I play on insanity and use a sentinel and making sure my tech armor was up b4 I started to charge it up solved that problem for me.
I loved the way it looks on a big hd tv... the first time i used it i almost pissed my pants, then i reloaded the mission just to shoot it again
