Help.

I was given a code from Amazon for pre ordering my Ce edition.
Every damned time I try to redeem it, following the instructions to the letter, I receive this message;

No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered.

I have not entered the code wrong.
I have not copy/pasted the code.
I have the other DLC's working.

This does not.

Help, please.

I am getting the same exact error here, except my code is from Steam.



I cannot get the Blood Dragon Armor from DA:O to register either.



The Cerberus Network code worked (from the in-game menu).

I am still getting this today with my inferno code from Amazon.

And I am getting the same thing on the CE boxed version. I've installed four DLCs successfully (Blood Dragon armour, Collector's armour, Zaeed and Normandy Crash Site), but cannot get the Inferno armour. I do note that ME2 does not show under "My Games" when I look at me account, though I was able to access the Collector's armour without it.

Other than that, I'm enjoying the game enough that I spent fifteen hours playing it yesterday.
