For some reason when playing my charactar just stops moving I can still look around use abilites and do everything else but my charactar just stops moving it's happened to me twice both times it happened right after I left cover and when to run.

if you can save and reload, if not then hope you can finish what ever enemies are around without dying and then wait till you can save and reload.
