How do i link my account to my gamer tag so that my promo codes will work on my xbox. i have entered everything like it is for my xbox but it doesnt link up.

You have to go to the ea support website and log in, then edit your EA profile to tie in your gamertag. There are a couple of more specific guides if you search the forum.

This is all so very confusing... Right, where is this EA support website found? I just create an account there with the same E-mail adress used with my Xbox 360 account?

you can create an account with any email address you like you then add a persona to your account which is your gamertag

I am trying to add a persona, but it keeps telling me the gamertag is already taken. Well of course, I use it! So what can I do?

there is a topic on the ea website for if you have a account and you cant get your GT attached to your account because it is in use. the thing is last night when i looked it was over 44 pages and someone said they were only on page 9 in fixing it

I've been at this for about two hours... I don't think I'm ever going to buy an EA game again.

I mean, clearly this site and ea.support are able to access some of the same servers, because I was able to log in having never been there before.  There really is no reason you can't just integrate your Gamer Tag right on this site.
