My gamertag is linked to my account, yet when I input the redemption code I keep getting this stupid message: "No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered."
Does this mean they haven't implemented the armour into the game yet?
Please help. I want to use this armour asap before I find something much better in-game.

I spent 24 hours waiting for an email response to my question from EA, then they sent me some babble about a Dragon Age Origins code, and that I have to buy that game as well. NICE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.
Then I waited 30 minutes in the queue for live chat, only to have the session 'canceled' when I had 1 minute left to wait to speak to an operator.
