I'm having a little trouble activating this sidequest, and I was wondering if somebody could tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I recruited Garrus as soon as I could, and he's already told me the story about Sidonis's betrayal -- but I didn't get a "Help Garrus" journal entry from it or anything. I thought I might just have to wait a while for another conversation to pop up, but I've recruited everyone else except Samara and Legion and he still hasn't had anything to say to me beyond that one conversation. (He's always calibrating something and doesn't have time to talk. ) My other companions, meanwhile, have all given me their personal mission after one or two conversations, very quickly after I met them.

Have I missed something?
