Alright i saved him at the IFF mission, i didn't turn him over to ceberus however i didn't retrieve him right away and the aleins invaded my ship. He is not in the Ai core atm did i miss legion?

If the Collectors did take him, hold out hope that you'll find him during the finale.
It's unlikely that he'd suffer the same fate as the humans there. Maybe reprogrammed.

Im positive i checked the ai core like 20x and every room hes not there i forgot about him and just relaized im missing a character im positive the collectors took him or he got up shoot my whole crew framed the collectors and left idk you tell me

Legion probably got sucked out an airlock. Did you miss EDI talking about how it was going to seal off the engine room with Joker and depressurize the ship to rid it of husks and Collectors?
