Also, I just got the first sex scene with Subject Zero. I have a save from before the conversation, in case I want to go back to handle it differently. After the sex scene, I tried talking to her again and she seemed a little standoffish. But if I choose the "never mind" option, she' normal. So what's the difference between if you have sex with her immediately and you pretend not to be interested? Would the latter option make her more intrigued in you or something?

Well I chose not to bang her right off and it seems to be working quite well for me. I'm actually trying for a relationship with her and Kelly at the same time, and it's working still. Maybe they will find out I'm a cheater and throw me out the airlock?

There is no "first" sex scene with Subject Zero. If you have sex with her in the middle of the game instead of waiting for her, the romance ends. I'm not sure if you can still pursue the romance with Miranda after that scene, because I did the same thing as you (saved before that conversation) except I broke it off with Miranda and told Jack that I would wait for her. Either way, you eventually have to choose one or the other. You can't have a threesome with the badass biotic and the perfect woman on your way to the suicide mission lol.
