If I try to register my pre-order bonus content, the website gives a message that there is no response from the remote server.  If I try to register my game on the social.bioware site, the website gives a message the code is not valid for the game.  This is using the x64 bit browser.  If I use the the x32 browser, I can't log in at all.

Have you pre ordered from STEAM? I have the same problem.

Cerebrus was redeemed, but the bonus gets no response from the server and the CD-Key is invalid

It says my CD key is invalid too! I just bought the Collector's Edition of ME2 from Best Buy...

Good to know I'm not the only one with this problem.



I preordered the digital deluxe version over Steam but the only key which gets recognized is the Cerberus network code. Registering the game with my bioware profile shows me "invalid code" and trying to redeem the preorder items gives me the error "no response from remote server".



Does anyone have an idea who could fix this problem? Bioware? EA? Steam?

Yes mine does the same thing, i tried to enter the code and it says the code has already been used. please someone explain why these codes aren't working. i entered mine straight from the case so it should be accepeted. Any offer of assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
