Anyone know where to find the last power cell? Well, I presume it's the last. I've used the first one, the one by the Varren and the one after that. Was there one I missed somewhere in the narrow part?
Planet Location if you haven't done it is Caleston Rift - Talava System - Taitus.

Hmm...
You can't save during an N7 mission =/
Cheers, got them.
Little bridge like structure out to one side.

Am I the only person for whom this quest isn't working? After I insert the first power cell, the mech sometimes travels in his "closed" position to his next position, and sometimes he walks normally, but in either case when he gets there he is no longer selectable. There is no "Insert Power Cell" option when looking at him anymore. I've retried it about 5 times, with the same results every time. Am I missing something?
This is on the PC, by the way.

I was just having the same problem. I sometimes have trouble interacting with things, when the orange box won't turn blue. I thought this was the same thing, but this time I didn't have a box of any colour at all.
I got frustrated because I couldn't get the second set of power cells in, and instead of restarting the mission, I loaded the autosave this time. Apparently, the game autosaves when the mech is finished walking. Everytime, wait until he stops, load the autosave, get the powercells and put them in. It worked for me
