I have used multiple cards online before with no issues even from EA store but I can not get any cards to clear thought the Bioware Purchase, has anyone run into  this before?

I have the same issue. What's even more weird is that I managed to actually buy 560 points, and then another 400 without any problem. So I have "Warden's Keep" but I'm getting the "unable to verify credit card"-text now, as I want to get my hands on 800 points so I can get the other DLC.

I've tried to lower the amount to 400 points, and also tried to use my girlfriends card (she's got Visa I have Mastercard) but the same error/fail message pops up.

I just recieved an email from Bioware CS its handled by EA Store support so I sent them an E-Mail and will post any answer I get.

Nice, we'll see what they say. Has to be some kind of temporary error.

Good luck getting any answer that helps. I pre-ordered a physical copy of the game and it still hasn't shipped. I called EA store support and they told me that it was a problem with my credit card vendor. I called my CC vendor and they said EA never finalized the transaction. Meaning EA store never submitted the actual payment request. EA simply cannot handle the roll-out of this game.

Painful painful painful. When trying to google this topic I get hits from this site, but when I click the google search link instead of taking me to the thread it takes me to the main forum page which is of no help. I also have this credit card problem but am out of the country so I guess they think I shouldn't be able to buy points abroad????
