So I was checking out the Galaxy News quest and it said I failed the Biotic Extremists (75% Paragon) quest back in ME1.  I raged a little, but everybody but Admiral Hackett reacted the same way in ME1 so I figured just that one quest was bugged.

Now Verner is telling me that I put a gun in his face.  Seeing as I picked the Paragon choice and told him to go home and be a family man, I'm a little annoyed.

Anyone else finding that their quests results aren't transferring correctly?

That Verner one seems to be really common, but that's the only one Ive heard of.
