Whenever I try to log into this site with an email address it sends me to what looks like a new account creation form.
The only way for me to log in is to use my screen name (RgnCajun27)

Problem is I forgot what email this account is assoicated with, and now my Cerberus key is linked to my yahoomail account while this is a gmail account.

when ever I try to log in with the yahoo account here it wont let me

I had similar problems when Dragon Age launched (which is why I ended up with multiple accounts in the first place)

any ideas?

I'm trying to get the key moved to this account but with EA Support I'm not holding my breath.



Even if I can get the key moved I'd love to know whats the logic behind not letting people log in with valid accounts

i worked out what it is its because i had a account from back in my mwn1 days and it reserves you an account or something what i did to fix it was i deleted my bioware social account and created it again using the link in game to get new content.



just make sure that if you have a bioware account the old one (for any bioware game before dragon age) that when you make your bioware social account you make sure your display name matches your bioware account name if you did it right it will ask you to authenticate using your bioware account.



also make sure the email in your bioware account matches the email in your ea online account.
