Anyone else having trouble stayign paragon in ME2. I mean cmon being a renegade is soooo reawarding. Just ask the krogan who got lit on fire

I definitely take renegade responses where ever possible. Mostly because they end up being funny as hell.

Much more Paragon, but I usually get some sort of Renegade points from things, just less than Paragon. My Shep believes in justice for all, so sometimes, he goes a bit Samara. Samara and Mordin are the new models for this - brutal in moral absolutism, but also quite easy to get along with!

My Shepard is ruthless. He will do what it takes to get the job done. He's not evil, but if he can save a billion people by sacrificing a thousand, he would. He does have a lot of compassion for his crew mates though. They're the only people I choose paragon dialogue for. So, it evens out and he ends up as a middle-of-the-road character.
Now...if only we could keep the terminator-demon-fire-scars as a paragon...that'd be awesome.

In ME1 I was a belligerent xenophobe who hated everyone.
I still am...mostly. In contrast to OP, I actually find myself using more paragon options than I ever thought I would.

You know...I was actually kind of surprised at how much I enjoyed being a paragon. My fem!Shep import was a renegade and I thought it'd be cool to become the exact opposite of what she was in the first game. That didn't keep me from blowing up, shooting, and punching the reporter, though, during those interrupt options
