I just bought the Dragon Age: Origins Collector's Edition off of the EA Store for Xbox 360, and when I went to redeem my BDA code, it said the code had already been used. I just opened the game, I haven't used it yet. Is there anyway for me to get a new code, or a way to contact EA/BioWare to discuss this matter?

Have your receipt and order number ready and give them a call. I would think someone there could resolve it for you as long as you can prove you bought a new copy from them.

Having the same problem. Never used the Blood Dragon armor with DAO, even though I bought it on release day. Now I have Mass Effect 2 and it's telling me the code has already been used.

Like I really have my f___ing receipt three months later.

(I should mention, I bought my games from GameStop.)

Was your game already opened when you got it from them? I have only shopped there once. I bought a new game and it came already opened. I refuse to buy brand new games that are already opened because of something like this happening.

i bought a DAO, for PS3 from gamestop, and got a BDA code, but when i try to redeem in on PS3 it says "Invalid code" (Wrote it on all the possible ways.) and when i try on here it says, "Code is already used and cannot be used again." WTF?!
