Edit: can delete issue solved. Allowed the DL to fail completely and it resumed dl at last point

I have been trying to dl the zaeed addon for PC. I have dled all of the other content that I have redeemed, however everytime I try and dl the zaeed pack it stops at 75% (369MB). As there is no way to restart the dl at this point I can't seem to finish the dl.

Is there a mirror somewhere with the file zipped (couldn't find it with google if so but best to ask)? I'm starting to wonder if it just has something to do with the size of the file. It's just a shame these files don't come with the CE discs ><
