I read somewhere Kelly can dance for you, or something. I chatted with her every possibility I could because I wanted to romance her, but all that happened was I took her up to my cabin and had dinner with her -- I was on my male character.
What do I have to do to have a relationship with her, or that dancing shizzle.
PS: can I romance her on my female shep?

She's very attractive and nice, she'd make an exceptional romance option, but alas she's not available as one although you'd get that impression from all the flirtations going on. She will have dinner with you later on and also offer to take care of your fish when you're away.
As for the dancing, I've not seen it from any of my 2 playthroughs as either renegade or paragon.

You have to finish the game, have ended all possible ME2 relationships, and get her e-mail. Yes, females can interact with her as well.

im a female shepard about 1/2 way through the game. ive managed to get her to have dinner with me but thats as far as i've gotten

The dance thing happens after you defeat the Collectors and choose to continue playing to finish up undone missions/exploration, etc. She tells you you've got a message at your terminal, which suggests she go to your room later. Then she dances for your, sits in your lap, and lies next to you in bed ... I gather she's like the booby-prize if the game in case you don't manage to romance anyone. But it doesn't get you the romance badge, so it doesn't really count in the storyline.
