Hi, I have redeemed the Collector's Armor as well as the Rifle, and I got this in game email telling me to go to the Armory to pick them up.
Now, I managed to pick up the weapon, but I cannot find the Collector's Armor anywhere.
Please help me find it.

Go to where you can change your armour, captains private quarters.

I have the same problem - When I check the armour locker in my quarters, none of the armour shows up - Inferno armour, blood dragon, collectors - they're all missing - All I have is the N7 basic stuff, and a couple pieces I picked up playing so far.

Have you downloaded and installed the files associated with the bonus items?
