Hi all.  I have the Steam Digital Deluxe edition of the game.  I successfully redeemed the promo code and downloaded my copies of the Collectors Armor and Weapon Pack, and the Incisor sniper rifle.  After installing,  when I go into the game, in my private terminal, I see the messages saying these are all available.  I can access all the armor, but the incisor sniper rifle and the Collector's weapon are both not showing up in the Armory.  Can anyone give me any advice?

Can your class use a sniper and assault rifle? Only a soldier can use both right away. If your class can use both weapons and you've downloaded and installed the DLC, I don't know what the problem is.

Yes, my class is a soldier. I can equip the Mantis Sniper rifle that you start with, as well as the basic assault rifle.

Hmmm...not sure then. You should be able to swap them out at the armory.

Thanks for trying anyway. Anyone else have any suggestions? This is really annoying.

They don't show up until you reach a point in the game where you can switch weapon loadout which comes after first mission. You need someplace with an armory.

Thanks, but I have reached that point (I'm on the new Normandy ship after the mission on Freedom's Progress). I can go to the private terminal and see the messages about the new content, which state that they are in the armory. However, when I go to the armory, the items are not there. The armor is available in the private quarters, but the weapons are not showing up in the armory.

Boy, do I feel like an idiot. I went back to the armory, and I noticed that under the "Mantis sniper rifle" it showed "2 options". I thought that meant options for ammo or configuration, or something like that. But actually, upon selecting it, it shows the Incisor sniper rifle underneath it. Same thing for the Collector assault rifle.
