I just bought the game today, kept all my save files(although i didn't reinstall ME1) it was located and all my stats were there but the face was the default shepard not the one I played through with ME1 Which kinda ruins it...anyone else have this problem? D:

Indeed. When importing a female Shepard, it just showed the default male Shepard as the supposed look of the imported PC. I had to try and create a matching look again, which worked well enough fortunately.

lol i forgot how my shepard looks so i reinstalled to see what he looks like, i rebuilt him from scratch though

I had this same problem... were you guys using ME1 saves from the direct2drive version by any chance? I also haven't been able to figure out a solution. doh...

Post a problematic ME1 char file somewhere online or email it to a friend, see if someone else can import it correctly and send a working me2 save back to you?
