I just want to know since on my first playthrough with a paragon boost from my ME1 save file I could not get my Paragon lvl high enough to get both Miranda and Jack loyal to me. Do you get Paragon points for the N7 missions?
How to build up Paragon lvl fast?

Paragon points are gained for compassionate and heroic actions. The
Paragon measurement is colored blue. Points are often gained when
asking about feelings and motivations of characters.
Pretty much from everytime you do a mission you have a chance to gain solely Paragon points. Simply click save and vow to be a good foot solider and willing to do as your told. Compassion towards your squad mates, when dealing in deals always use Blue Text
If you suffer a red point, simply click load game and restart from where ever you did that from. You should be able to max out your bar assuming you do all the quests, and personal quests and always pick the good guys way out. I don't know

Actually in ME2 the Paragon path is more rebellious while the Renegade is a Cerberus Lap Dog...just wanted to point that out with the Paragon=good foot soldier comment.
