Evening everyone,
I just finished my first playthrough in Mass Effect 2 and I can't really remember when you get the "Retrain Abilities" option. Any help will be much appreciated - and my apologies if a similar thread has been posted!

Looks like doctorPringles is right, the upgrade to retain your powers is unlocked after completing Horizon. If only I had the ability to change class and keep the savedgame continuity.
