Hey There,
Here is what I have done to get the bonus content:
1. Redeem Code on this Side
2. Installed it after Game installation was finished
3. Started Game and tryed to connect to cerberus but key was in use...
I don't have the collectors edition so i don't know if it is the same Problem. But I can't Redeem my Code in Game probably because I already did on the website here. Is there any fix for this yet?
Cerberus Network Key already in use

This worked for me as i have a different email address for ea and bioware,
Pc - if you redeemed your extras on the website before you started the game, downloaded them and then started the game, logged into ea then found you could not access the cerabus network, or that your redeem code is already in use.
1. launch the game
2. go to extras
3. go to options then online,
4. uncheck the auto log in
5. exit restart the game then log in with your bioware email and password
it worked for me.

My email is the same for bioware and EA.
I lauched the game, went on cerberus network and logged in using my email and password. redemed my code but then.. Nothing happen, didn't activate cerberus network or anything.. Now whenever I try it tells me that my code has already been used, both ingame, and here on bioware.
This is pissing me off, first I needed to contact EA support to get my code and now it doesn't work.
Hurray...

I actually had a different story, that i'm guessing is happening to a lot of people. Here's the email i sent EA support:
«Hi, I've purchased ME2 for the Pc, installed it, ran it, inserted the Cerberus redeem code included in the package, and then clicked on New Content. It sent me to my bioware account, wich i had created previously for Dragon Age, but when i tried to download any DLCs it asked me to enter my Cerberus Key. I did, but it said it was already in use.
I Did some research on your forums, and realized the game comes with EA auto log in enabled by default. So i followed your instructions, and disabled it. Restarted the game. Reentered the game, logged in with my bioware account, and now it says my redeem code is already beeing used...
so... the game comes with auto log in on... what EA account did it automatically logged in to, when i first ran the game? Does ME2 have the abillity to just GUESS a user's log in???
This is very unfair and illegal. I was never asked for a log in and didn't even knew the game permitted one till after i had problems. You do realize this looks awfully like a scam, right?
Please just, give me back my key, or a new one, as i have been deceived. And then you people question why piracy has come such a long way...
thank you»

I reinstalled ME 2 from Steam. Note: the key worked the first time, but somehow it doesn't work now. This is ridiculous. I should not have to put up with this. Bioware, please help us out here.

This is bugging me something fierce. I downloaded pretty much all of the DLCs and the only one that works is Blood Dragon Armor because I have DA 1 and 2. None of my save games will load and it keeps asking me to put in the redeem code or purchase Cerberus Network. I already redeemed it when I first installed Mass Effect 2.

Did you use different email addresses for your EA lognis with DA and ME?
Either way, you will have to contact EA support, I suggest using live chat in order to get a quick response, otherwise you will wait a week or more to get a reply using email.

Then install, and start game. Log into the second computer, IE the Cerberus computer on the main page ingame with the same email and password as your account. As a special note, you can't use any special characters in your password, ie @#$%^.

I have the same problem but how do you even get in contact with them, Bioware or EA, everything that says support or help just brings me to origins and then nothing there to help me.

The (new) menus seem almost intentionally confusing, don't they? The place made much better sense before a recent overhaul. There will still be an access to get in the queue for the Chatline, you just have to dig some more, I suppose.

I am also not able to get this issue resolved. I went onto ea chat support and they would not help me, some how the code was registered to the incorrect email address and they basically told me to go f*ck myself and that they would not help

Noone here can do a thing about this, as these are user to user based forums, and we have no control over accounts at all.
Try EA support again, and make sure you have copies of whatever emails were sent to you frm Steam verifying your purchase of the game. They will come in handy as evidence when speaking to the EA support reps.
Be patient, some of their reps are complete muppets who couldnt find their own sphincter with a map and a flashlight, while others are very switched on, and can help out in a few minutes.

Try this link ( http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php ) I had to manually download and install the DLC through .exe files but it worked for me.
