All characters can eventually find and team up with a mabari. The human nobles start with it as part of their origin story, however.

I love dogs and LOVE the idea of being able to have a war dog in my parrty very inventive. I enjoyed having the dog with me in Fable II also even though it was more just for looks than anything. This should be fun to have one fight with you. Their background and lore is pretty well done also.

The devs put a lot of effort into making dog a valuable member of the group and I'll be damned if I'll treat him as just another T3-M4.

Of course I'm taking Dog(I'm sure this is a huge surprised to regular forumites ). I've got him planned in a party for multiple playthroughs. Even before the Calling I wanted him in, but after reading it I am beyond positive that he'll be well written and just as awesome as everyone else. No matter how mean my characters are, Dog is forever. :3

They at least have to have the throat rip out. Possible attacks to the groin, hamstring, etc. At least thats what they do in the books.

I am planning on having the dog as a permanent companion for my first playthrough as a human noble. Probably won't use him again for subsequent playthourgh though.

the dog is the best i will ofc have him in ym party:)..but sadly that means no sten or shale:(...but i will mix it up ofc..i wanna play with them all:D
