already chosen for my first playthrough. Don't know about the others, because there are a LOT of characters for a group of just 3, but I love dogs, and almost human dogs are a plus

I plan on switching everyone in and out once in a while so I can get to know them all. So, yes... I'll have the War Dog at some point.

I'll probably use Rabbit through one or two playthroughs, until I get good enough at the game to start taking less conventional parties that don't need multiple tanks (or any tanks).

I too am having a nightmare of a time trying to decide a party. I might also just end up switching around from time to time to have some of everyone.

I like dogs and loved the mabari when I had the chance to play dao for a few minutes at rage. The dog will definitely be in my party.

Puppy! I will definitely be having Dog in my party, with both my Dalish elf, and my human noble characters. He's cuddly and deadly. ;P

Its a nice change of pace to have an animal as a party member. Although Im not sure if I will use him on my first play through I will definitely use my Baby Man at some point.

Must have for human noble origin, he is the reminder of our home and our most faithful companion. I already like him!

I might use him in my group a decent amount in some playthrough I do, but I don't know for sure. I am more leaning towards using the other party members over the War Dog though.

Not for my first run; maybe for subsequent games. I don't hate dogs I just wanna figure out the companions and what they're like; dogs don't seem too complicated to me, though I'm probably wrong about Rabbit.

Of course dog will be a member of probably all my playthroughs. Im an animal lover what can i say. Just wish we also got some kinda fierce cat too xD (More of a cat lover)



My first play through will consist of (PC)Warrior,Dog,Morrigan, and either Wynne or Zevran. Not sure yet...i like having a balanced party...and both of the last characters offer great additions. Only time will tell who makes the cut.

I was so excited that Dogmeat was back in Fallout 3. But when I actually had him, it made me really uncomfortable, all the realistic whimpering and snarling when he was fighting. A bad byproduct of our improved graphics and realism, I guess.

That being said, I may give the dog in this game a chance, just to see how much interaction he gets. A few growls and waggings of the tail can go along way for character interaction!

hehe for me my pc warior with shield and sword,wyne to heal,leliana to unlock stuff fight and have sex with me:) and ofcourse my beloved dog kozmo:).....and i sugesst to you ppl avoid putting morigan and wyne in same group...they are totaly opposite and it will not end well:D

If I end up using him over Oghren, Shale, Leliana, or a healer of some sort I would have to call him Dogmeat.
