1) Upon selecting Exit Game after continuing my game at the end, my Downloaded version of ME2 says that there is no disk in the drive and to please try again, after it shuts down.

2) Conrad Verner always says you treated him poorly, even if you were nice to him

3) Galaxy News says Asari Consort is going to leave the Citadel due to bad reputation, even if you did her quest for her in the first game.

4) Galaxy News says Sirta is going to have to close due to an attack on their lab 2 years ago, even if you saved it.

5) Lots of terrain glitches that occur, which force you off the map and get you stuck. High frequency areas: Tech lab, Galaxy Map/Normandy Diagram area in the CIC, the area where you call the cab in Illium.

6) Black bars appear behind subtitles sometimes.

7) Sound cuts out for some people.

8) Subtitles disappear before they are voiced -- common during the final cutscene starting the suicide mission.

Majority of people will not have the sense to go to that forum. This forum generates higher traffic, which creates more exposure to people in order for them to complain about glitches.
