I checked the forums and haven't seen this one yet. So I'm curious if anyone else experiences this.

I am finding that randomly throughout the game when I bump into walls and/or other obstacles, it will teleport me or lift me into the ceiling.

First time this happened I went to turn a corner, bumped the wall and got stuck. Second time I went to go in for cover, hit the small wall and got teleported into the ceiling. Third time I was simply walking, walked on a small bump on the ground and it teleported me. Like I said it's random, it forces me to reload the last save so I know it's just not one spot doing it since I go over it again.

Next thing, which is still related to this issue. It seems to do the same thing to the enemies but not in the ceiling. Trying to keep spoilers out of this, so there was a area where I was fighting Geth and one of the larger ones teleported right into the corner of the wall, could not attack or be attacked, just was half inside the wall.

Like the bug mentioned above, enemies will randomly be thrown inside whatever they are taking cover on, however unlike the above bug, when this happens they are then able to attack through walls and areas of cover. Sometimes are able to be shot. This proved to be a very troublesome bug when a BOSS teleported into a crate and then proceed to shoot right thru my cover. This happens fairly frequently.

Then there are simply times when enemies just shoot through their cover but not mine. This is just an annoying bug that doesn't hinder much. It basically forces me to flank them because they never poke their head above the cover.

Yeah this stuff is really trying my patience. The other thing which doesn't ruin the game I'm just extremely picky would have to be, after talking to a person, if you start running your head gets stuck in an odd position. It fixes itself if you stop but still it's unpleasant to look at.
