I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition Mass Effect 2, I recieved the mail with the game codes but do not recieved the game with the item codes. Does anyone have the same problem?

Yes them problem here! I bought it @ direct2drive.co.uk and didn't get the Inferno Armor key

I had the same problem. You need to contact the place you bought it from, if that doesnt help try contacting EA. The best way is finding a telephone number in your country. I called EA Sweden for example.

Same here. Bought DDE from EAStore Germany. Got two codes, one for Mass Effect 2 and one for Cerberus Network. Still waiting for the code for the promotion items (Inferno and Collector's Armor, ...) and answer from EA Support.

Good thing I bought the game from steam this time - 2 weeks of constant emails to EA support to get my Dragon Age dlc codes taught me never to buy anything from EA Store.

Okay, just got the email with the promo codes (Cerberus and Pre-Order). The Cerberus code is different than the one listed on the order detail page.
Looks like I have a spare Cerberus activation code now ;-)

Thank you for your responses, I submitted a ticket to EA USA but i bought it in EA Spain. The customer support of EA Spain does not work, so i wrote the ticket four days ago in the EA USA (it shares the same account).
I do not recieved any codes, neither the cerberus net, only the code of the game, the day I bought it..
