Connect your 360 online and choose join Xbox Live. You can make a tag for free with a silver membership and one month gold trial. You'll still be able to purchase DLC/used the Cerberus Network/redeem codes if you don't wish to play online.
Make sure the e-mail adress you sign up with on XBL is the same as the one you signed up with on here/for your EA account or there'll be problems getting your ME 2 stuff.
