Thought I'd post this as it worked for me.

First things first : The Cerberus Network code worked fine for me and I downloaded 2 pieces of DLC yesterday using the service - bear in mind I registered the code ingame.
Next was getting my Collectors armour of which the code was seperate to the cerberus network one and you had to redeem the code via the bioware site here or on EA's site, when logged into your account.
I noticed when going to do this that there was no linked gamertag for my current EA/Bioware account (samething) so decided against it at the time.
I went to the EA main site for me (UK) and tried linking my persona but was told the gamertag was already in use.
Now after reading this board for the last couple of days I knew it must've been an old EA account I had created awhile back and forgot about (tiger woods game I think lol)

So I done what some other chaps had done, I phoned EA support and told them about my issue which they sorted out after 5 mins by a friendly chap who knew exactly what was happening when I gave him my account details.
So now my gamertag is now linked to my current EA/Bioware account.

So the number I found for the UK to ring is : 0870 243 2435.

Worked a treat so I hope this helps out some others. 

tl;dr
phone the above number if you're having trouble linking your GT. I wouldn't bother if you've already entered the codes and failed as they're one use only.

EA ROCKS!!!!



Sorry, but I was only on the phone for about ten minutes this morning, and a very polite and helpful gentleman transferred my account over straight away, and even though I had already entered the codes he said he would transfer the armour over too for me. Their help service is excellent!
