Any suggestions on which would be more interesting? Jacob is just human, so I skipped him. Personality wise, Thane is freaking cool though, but he is terminal.

I say go for thane, that way you can get some lovin but still be free for a "blast from the past" in the form of old loves.

Thane's got baggage, and HES DYING OH NOES. But Garrus is kind of crazy in the head sometimes, like go killing people crazy.

Skip'em both, go for the Kelly fling or wait and pray for a half decent option in ME3.

Did the Kelly thing, but it doesn't count as a romance option, got her to have dinner with me, and all I got from that was her to look after my fish when I'm away.
I'm maxed out with both Garrus and Thane's relationship. Garrus is keen on trying interspecies intercourse, and Thane is acting all cool. Called me "sahi" or something. All that's left is to tell one of them off and get it on with the other.
Tempted with Thane so far, but I think he won't be in ME3 and Garrus will.. curious on how it'll affect the game later.

Having seen everything for both, the Thane one just seemed a bit more well done. Garrus' was more "fun" and definitely had an emotional impact in the end, but the Thane one made me feel much more for him and the relationship as a whole and didn't have all the awkwardness, charming as it was, that the Garrus one did.

Hard to chose between the two.
You have garrus who you've buddies since ME1, only to learn he has slight feelings for you. Added to the fact that humans and turians were enemies so it's like a play on the Romeo and Juliet concepts... minus the parents depending on your origin.... Kinda wish he snapped at Kaidan more for being all mean to my Fem Shepard >.<
Then you have Thane who is a total badass, probably the number one reason why a lot of women cheated on Kaidan or went back to change their ending of ME1 so they wouldn't get any repreccussions in ME3. You may hallucinate while... doing it with him so yeah for all crack addicts out there (Not being mean XD)
So yeah... hard to chose... but with the added fact of Garrus' ending seeming more humorous and awkward than loving, I chose Thane... but then went to Garrus because I got all teary eyed when I romanced with him and he wanted things to go right for him TT~TT
so still undecided XD

I'd say definitely go for Garrus.
He acts all funny and nonchalant during the whole buildup process, until you finally reach the end. Then, he shows his more emotional side, and the fact that he and Shepard are both warriors who just want some kind of emotional happiness together...
Plus, my FemShep laying on the bed cuddling with her Turian is just ****ing adorable.

I found Garrus to be comicly awkward, which IMO, beats the hell out of an emo licking-toad.
Thane was a cool character and all, but couldn't find particular motivation for my femshep.
