I was playing through as a Female Human Noble Warrior last night, and started a dialogue with Allistair accidently and the funniest thing happened I had to share it everyone.

Believe it or not he gave me a rose, and I refused him like he had a tiny willy and I ended up with a negative 53 approval rating from Allistair. It was so funny I couldn't stop laughing

Has this happened to anyone else?

I might just kill him in this playthrough just to see him die as a virgin.

What's so damn funny about that? You initiated the romance and turned him down rudely. Never heard you could romance some of your companions, have you?

I actually was playing a female human noble that was romancing/loving Leliana, and i had an experience with Alistair that ended up with him dead.....

I had stayed on "friendly" terms with Alistair the whole game, as i was going to sacrifice my own character at the end in a blaze of glory. I never once picked a choice that would let him believe otherwise.

After finishing off Howe, getting Duncan's Shield, and giving it to him in camp, then making it past landsmeet, gotten him to agree to marry Ms. haughty(aka Anora.....although i must admit she's got the goods and knows how to flaunt them, ah, i may as well admit i'd rather have seen the threesome being my character, Leliana, and Anora....hmmm, there's nothing like a little blonde to go with two red heads:O) and all of a sudden....i get back to camp and he's all over my character like bedbugs in a run down inn's bedding.

He gives me the rose and initiates the attempt to "get intimate" with me. Not only do i have to turn him down, but then Leliana gets on my case, and i have to calm her down and let her know who's getting the lovin. That really made me mad.

We then get back to the castle, and he comes to visit me before we head to Denerim, and continues the begging. I let him down again.

He riled me so much, i then decided he would meet his end instead.

It also reminds me how fun Role playing really is, now that i think on it as well as how i need to toss in another  "how much i love Bioware games" plug.

I actually didn't. I increased his approval rating to just get strength bonus & i've been avoiding any sort of conversation with him, because I didn't want to romance the poor bugger. But I've never seen this happen before. Normally his the real 'I'm hard to get & reserved' character and suddenly he gives me a rose, and trys to crack on to my Fem Character. And what, a whopping -53 approval rating. that was hilarious. I don't kow, how he became a warden, if he can't even take a rejection from a lady lightly.

The only way you get that kind of approval loss (you can get up to -100 from Alistair, just so you know) is to break up with him in the worst way possible.  He will actually take a breakup with zero approval loss after he falls in love, as long as you're decent, and with minimal loss before then.

No one likes to be mocked.  Especially when they're making themselves vulnerable.

you can really mess with allistair. I was romancing with him till the very end before the landsmeet. Had sex with him then chose enora on the throne and i agreed with enora to kill him. That is what you get when you have sex with a virgin, it isn't that good...
