Alright, as some of you may already be aware a lot of scum from justin.tv and somethingawful.com(AKA, losers in their 30's who like to pretend they're frat boys) decided it would be funny to post some massive spoilers for the game a couple days before release.

I was one of those unfortunate souls.

I have Mass Effect 2.  I have the digital deluxe edition in fact but I have been unable to bring myself to play it because of the spoiler.

What was the spoiler?  Don't look below if you have not beaten the game as I am unsure when this is revealed.

Anyways...yeah, I now know that the Collectors are Prothean.

My question is this.  Are there enough other surprises in this game, or possibly other plot twists to make this game's plot interesting?

Glad to hear it.  I know it sounds lame coming on to these forums seeking emotional support for a spoiler.  Still, it is reassuring to hear that.

Yeah it really isnt.  that's like one of the minor surprises in the game.  You should know better than to think that a surprise like that is the game's biggest moment.

Well... You knowing that doesn't ruin the story. You still don't know the details about how or why they're doing this or that. And there's so much more to the game than that, so really, play it, the game's plot is way too interesting, and the game itself too good for you to pass it up when you already own it!

Just play the game. Big woop they're prothean, it's just kinda mentioned in passing and doesn't play any major role. And really, that bit of information needs to be seen in the context of the rest of the game to properly understand it, so play dammit! and enjoy.

It was a interesting revalation, but certainly not worth not playing the game over. Glad you made the right choice.

 Yeah I watched some of that myself I mean not that was that great all depends when and who and when were you watching but I mean nothing that was to much to main story 

SO have fun because it is fun
