Screw miranda, not only is she a cerberus butt hole, but you and liara go a long ways back. plus inter species lovin is just so much more fun.
Lmao!!
I haven't finished the game just yet, but I thought I heard a couple people say at the end she gives the elusive man the finger and a big F you because of her feelings for Shepard and what he has shown her. Any truth to that?

Miranda 'resigns' from Cerberus, yes, if you have her with you on the very last part of the last mission. But she does it anyway, even if you don't have her loyalty.
That's only if you destroy the base, right?

Yes, but if you keep it, Miranda will not be happy with that decision. She will tell you so after you return to the Normandy.

Yes, the last mission is jack's old base, turns out the collectors were really angry crabs hidden in her pants that she never takes off, and her old cell was their base. Don ask where they got the spaceship...
Lol.
Anyways, I'm wondering whether or not I should keep that base on my new playthrough. I kept it first time around, thinking it would be useful against the Reapers, but I have to say, Miranda go against the Illusive Man as my LI sounds like it's better for the narrative.

Miranda or Liara? The only correct choice is Tali.
My thoughts exactly.

Too bad she can't outrun high-velocity bullets, so in the end Ash wins.

Dang, Ash versus Jack, now THAT is a fight I'd like to see. Heck, even an insults contest might be fun. Ash seemed to have a mouth on her compared to the goody-two-shoes cast of ME1, but she looks like Betty Crocker compared to Jack.
I would vote for jack... I mean, I love biotics (bias) but Jack is one of the most powerful biotics on the planet...
Of course the implementation of shields/barriers and armor makes biotics less godmode and more "oh, i have to work for kills now?"
Could be an interesting sight.

Too bad all of the guys basically get along and are all laid-back. They wouldn't fight over FemShep. >_>
