Hi i really need some help here just got me 2 its awesome done first few missions then decieded to activate collectors armour and terminis armour ive activated it through social bioware but i now realise i need 2 link this account 2 my xbox live accout and i dont no where the hell im supposed to do that.

Plz any help is good ive waited so long 4 me 2 and now i dont want 2 not b able 2 get the special armours and stuff any help is hugely appreciated

Same problem here too. I've been searching the forums and EA.com for 3 days now. EA account is linked to my gamertag, but not social bioware.

they made it way to hard to get the collector armor and stuff..... i really am upset with Bioware/EA at the moment i am not sure if i should just stop buying their games and say F you or be all like "its ok i bought a game and now i dont get my awesome armor! but i dont care cuz it was like the only reason i got the collector edition but its fine i will keep buying ur games and hope the same thing happens again!"

okay ive worked out how to get 2 the part where i put in myy gamer tag 2 link the account but now it's saying "Sorry, that Xbox LIVE Gamertag has already been taken. Please try another one." OF COURSE IT'S TAKEN ITS TAKEN BY ME!!!!! So now i dont have a clue what 2 do! Any1 with ANY help will b praised as a god

I would like to say I have the same problem.



First of all I would like to say after a faf around for over 1 hr I have linked my bioware and EA account, which is linked to my Gamer Tag on Xbox as I have them linked through Dragon Age and also Army of Two.



So I would think that loading the game again I would get the armour after putting in the Code. I would be wrong in that assumption.



This release is a complete shambles.



First it takes me an hour to get all my accounts linked to each other which takes over an hour. Then I find out that the accounts don't talk to each other properly, i.e. saying that I have no games registered (which I do have most of all registered for both ea and bioware), then after that I can't get my collectors edition armour, which I am getting really anoyed at. I have been at this for over 3 hours trying to fix this. Not played a single second of the game yet.



Secondly. For all the people who play the Houses X-Box, which is three people in my house, they expect us all to buy extra cerberus codes and all the downloadable content AGAIN for each person to get the full gaming experience. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE. I don't and I am sure that most households don't have an extra £100 plus pounds to slpash out.



I can't beleive that EA or BIOware would try and rip us all off by doing all these things.



Can you please fix this as soon as possible otherwise I will be contacting EA directly and asking for them to refund My Mass Effect 2 collectors edition as this is not acceptable. This is a disgusting act by this company. If this is not fixed I will not be buying anymore Mass Effect, Dragon Age, or any other EA game as I can't support a company that is taking the fun out of video gaming for so many people and also charging them so much money!

honestly bioware just should have made it the same as xbox live u just put in the code and bang done! no need 2 sign up 2 five billion different sites and stuff. Maybe they can still change it to make it that way. Plz bioware if u read this please consider this because this one thing is bringing done the entire game play experience. i love all bioware games but this is stupid. please fix

I contacted EA through email and the linked my account to my gamertag. It may take a few days, but at least it will get fixed.
