I preordered the PC Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 2 from Amazon.com

While it was installing I registered the game to this account on this website, I used the code that was printed on my Cerberus card and it gave me access to the Collector's weapon and armor instead of the Cerberus Network.

Since the retroactive fix I've been able to sign into the Cerberus Network through the game and my account has been given access to the Zaeed and Normandy Crash DLC but under my registered promotions there's nothing listed like "Cerberus Network", and I still can't seem to connect to the Cerberus Network through this website, any time I try to connect to it via this website or the game launcher to see if there's a DLC page to look at, I get sent to a page asking me to register a Cerberus code.

I have exactly the same problem. Registered with the cerberus network through the game (Collectors edition DVD version from Game) and now I can't access the cerberus network through the website but can access the DLC that comes with the game.

Edit: Never mind. New Cerberus content came out today and it appears to go straight to your registered games promotions, not in the Official DLC section. They could have explained that a little clearer.
