Resources, upgrades, weapons armor etc?
Do get get to keep your stuff in NG+?

You keep your guns and armor that about it thou they give you a 50,000 Resources boost.
Hoping that means as a Soldier I can get all 3 guns at the mid game point after 3 play threws.

Not your upgrades or resources (I think). If you get the Long-Service Medal (beat ME 2 twice or with an ME 1 import) you get a crap load of resources for free.

Just started the game again with my Shep I just played through. So far I still have the armor I picked up. Not sure on the other stuff.

You start with the default loadout tho. I just noticed that Miranda and Jacob had the better equipment from the first playthrough.

Your fing kiddin the moment I pick a new one it going to replace my old one? then they better do a DLC were you can get another one what the point of having bad ass guns if you can't find a way of getting all 3 =/.

You start out with default loadout but eventually start to use your endgame weapons again. Your heavy weapons are all still available (don't have to research for thos). The only things that aren't there is the research upgrades for your weapons, armor, and ship.

Nope thou I hear you get a bit of a edge but frankly I can't tell being a ME1 new game and all. ((Frankly I don't think I even got a resource boost case I also did all the mining in ME1 to)).

The resource boost from ME1 consists of 5000 of each of the four resources (it isn't alot and don't look at me like that, I had a lot of time to drive around in the Mako). In all honesty there isn't alot of a boost.
