Hey people,

I just got this game
today. Really looked forward to playing it, only to find it riddled
with problems. I know bugs are part and parcel of releasing a new
game, so Ill just cop it sweet until a patch is released. Also noted
the sly placement of the alienware flyer in the game box, wink
wink...

Any who, I'm trying to activate the Cerberus computer
in the main menu. When I try to log into the EA account it says I
need a guardian email to approve use, or something like that. Thing
is, Im 25. And it says that in my account. So why the frog do I need
a guardian email?

I tried putting my email in the guardian
email section, but every time it says the connection to the
masseffect2 server was interrupted or has timed out, Which has to be
wrong, or is it?

Anyone else getting this message or
problem?

I have the same problem, not sure how to get around this issue yet. It sucks, I would love to use my DLC.

Mines fixed now, No one contacted me about it, But my EA account had been reset. I just needed to reactivate my account (which required me to resend the activation link to my email)



I actully tried to log into the social.bioware network to replay to ahzeals post to find my login information wrong which lead me to the account reactivation.



I had made my orginal ea account for battlefield heros, which I think EA, at the time didnt realize, would work with ME2 network. Anywho, they have picked up on it, and corrected the proplem.



So people, I think you should cheak your account info for a reset request or if its still not fixed, Shout out here and see if they listen to you.
