When I install this game(retail version) this afternoon,some problems appear
First of all,after i key in the keycode,and then the installation was been canceled.
BTW MY COMPUTER :
OS:Windows Vista SP1 Home Premium
CPU:Intel I7 920
RAM:3G
GPU:nvidia GTX295
I got a problem installing mass effect 1

I think you need to be more specific here. Is your key not be accepted? Or it is but the installation crashes or is cancelled after you add your key?
