Digital Deluxe version from EA store UK.
Missing all promo codes and cerberus access.
Still awaiting news from customer support i have e-mailed 29th january.

Contacted Customer support via email on Jan 25th, no reply. Tried to use LiveChat 3 times - always get disconnected when at the head of the queue.

Will be pursuing refund from CC company very shortly if no codes are provided.

Contact EA support and use their live chat facility. They should be able to sort you out.

I have had the same problems, unable to access DLC and no cerbrus network, this is the second time I have downloaded a game from the EA online store (Dragons Age, Mass Effect 2) had no responce from EA or Bioware, tried all the self help fixes and no joy. If anyone from EA bioware reads this you have alot of unhappy costomers SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
