I have my cerberus network logged in (second terminal is showing in game) but when I click on "New Content Available" I am taken to an error page in my browser with the message
Our Apologies
The BioWare websites; online store; master server; and online
authentication are temporarily unavailable. Sorry folks; we're having a
few technical difficulties. Those pesky Gnomes are banging away at the
giant; steam-producing clockwork computers we keep in the basement
guarded by Swikky the dire squirrel. We will be back up as soon as we
can.
Now this seems clear enough, but I dont see posts on the forum that say its down, so I thought I would check that this is not my issue? Can anyone get new content just now?
I have read the readme and opened the correct ports on my firewall, so thats not the issue.
Network Status - Bioware website down?

I'm getting the same problem, you'd think they'd make damn sure it works on a release day.
*edit* Doesn't matter. Apparently you can download all the DLC from Profile/Your registered game promotions at the side of the screen as individual .exe files.

Thanks for the edit - that solves the problem for now.
Download maxed out my network speed also (20Mb) so it doesnt seem like the servers are over worked. I wonder why the ingame option is failing.
