I posted a thread about this because I didn't see this one before. I'm still on the fence about playing the game until a patch comes out that addresses these issues but considering they never even fixed the low rez Garrus face bug I'm not so sure....

Chalk up another for Sha'ira and Sirta Foundation. I helped Sha'ira /w Septimus and the Elcor, and I also saved every single scientist. These news bulletins do *not* match my choices or accomplishments.

I hope it gets fixed, though the crashing issue/launch issue that stops people from playing is more important

As much as want these fixes, I do have to agree that this isn't quite as pressing as some of the other bugs out there. That said, one of the things many of us looked forward to the most was seeing how what we did in ME1 impacted the world of Mass Effect this time around. For me, it's almost more dissappointing to see something be referenced wrong than it would have been to not see it mentioned at all.

Add me to Conrad thinking I threatened him when I didn't, Shiara leaving the citadel when I helped her, and Sirta being shut down when I saved all the scientists (but this is an ME1 bug).

If there's a bug in either game regarding these, Bioware should relatively silently allow a save game editor that changes these values. Only the people who have the problem and look into it would find the editor. If they wanted to be safe it could be done server-side, as an upload-then-download thing.

Sha'ira, Sirta, Conrad, all three of my problems. I got the threat letter, but he lived in mine so that wasn't a problem for me, and so did Parasini.

Im kind of hoping by the time I get to play this game (Here's hoping a freeze fix comes along) this will also be fixed, since as far as I know, it also affects 360, that should probably speed up the process

Conrad Verner
Sha'ira
Sirta Foundation
Helena Blake
Gianna Parasini
Corporal Toombs

Yep. I even had one where I get the message from the queen and the next person I talked to was Sha'ira who claims I killed the queen.

I haven't seen the freeze bug. But I have glitched into the walls and on top of the furniture.

One more entry in the list:
At the end of Mass Effect 1, in my Paragon run, I stated no opinion regarding who should represent humanity in the Council, saying that that was not Sheppard's choice to make. However, when doing the recap in Mass Effect 2, I was only given two possible answers: either Anderson or the ambassador (plus "This stops here").

Confirming this. Went with one to the effect of 'i don't care, have Reapers to worry about' but it wasn't option in ME2.

Although in ME1 if that option is picked then one of the men present delivers the speech suggesting he's the one to take place in the Council. Still, a bit annoying i couldn't match the option i actually had taken.

I also had the Conrad Verner, Sha'ira, and Sirta bug. I've also had glitches (especially flying on the Mordin loyalty mission).

Despite these minor issues, why do I get the feeling that Bioware is going to make fun of these things in the next game...

Anyone think it could get fixed with a Xbox360 update as well as a PC version patch? It's drivin me a little crazy in the back of my head knowing that my import isn't even *right*.

Add another one for Conrad, the Sirta Foundation and The Consort leaving.

All of the other tie-ins appear to be working for me.

Had a glitch with Parasini. Helped her bring down Anolis by getting that Turian to help out by testifying.

Got an email of him saying thanks. Got told by her thanks for ruining her investigation by handing the info to Anolis.

I got the Sirta Foundation glitch even thought I had acceptable losses according to Admiral Hackett.

Helena blake didn't glitch since I did convince her to break up the gang and go straight.

Conrad glitchs even thought I was nice to him in ME.

I got the email from the Consort about the gift of words and yet she is still leaving the citadel due to rumors and supposed information leaks.

Weirdest one for me thought is that one of the New reports on the Citidel(listen to each one, you'll get it) is about the Destruction on Terra Nova and the Reverend (don't remember the name) who are mourning the loss of his Daughter who died during that event.

I thought it was weird since we were told that DLC from ME wouldn't have any affect in ME2 and yet it is doing a New report about the events from Bring Down the Sky and I never even Downloaded that DLC.

Interesting.  I did the DLC and got an e-mail from one of the survivors.  Since you didn't do the DLC, no one stopped the asteroid from crashing into Terra Nova.

I'm guessing that this is not held in the ME1 save game but they looked to see whether you got the related acheivement or not.

The other 'glitches' are presumably due to Bioware making default assumptions about things not tracked in the save game.

Except they flat out said to treat Conrad nice and such...  if they didn't track it, they REALLY should have let you choose as you created your char.

Conrad Verner (Illium): Conrad's dialogue mentions me shoving my gun in his face (Renegade option in ME1 the third time you meet him) However in my ME1 playthrough I choose the paragon path, convincing him to go home to his family.

I hadn't noticed the others, but when Verner mentioned the gun in face, I just assumed he was bragging for the sake of the bartender there.

Conrad: check, Sha'ira: check, ME1 bugged massacre: check. Might import a "kill 'em all" game to check for the helena glitch.

Encounter same "import issue" with Conrad, Sirta foundation and Sha'ira. Don't know about Fist and Blake since I let them both live in my ME1 playthrough. Would be nice to see it fixed.

I will be playing the Devil's advocate here: this bugs will not get patched. Take into account that all those lines have their own audio. Only in the case that a small scripting error made the wrong event trigger, eventhough all the required files are there, would BioWare work on this. If audio was not recorded at all, like it is most probable in the council bug, just forget it.

They'd have to hire the same people who played the involved characters and re-record the lines in at least 6 languages. That is too difficult and expensive for such a small issue.

In ME1 I completed the romance plotline with Liara but in ME2 it's telling I completed it with Kaidan which is anoying because something about him annoys me
