I have the misconfiguration problem with the digital distribution version. After reading a whole lot of threads about it here and in other forums it seems like the problem has to do with the EACore_App.ini file. In the file there are a few paths. One of those leads to a file called activation.exe (C:\\Program Files\\Electronic Arts\\activation\\activation.exe). I don't have that file on my computer.
Can somebode email me the activation.exe file? Hopefully it might help.

It could also be in C:\\\\Program Files (x86)\\\\Electronic Arts\\\\activation
