I will be formating my PC I would like to know if there are any files I need to back up so i will have all the DLC when I reload my game.. Please advise Thank you.

You ABSOULTELY have to back up the folder Bioware\\DragonAge\\Characters from your document folder.. It's the folder where you find all your saved games. You need to back up no other than this folder. If you bought add-ons like DLCs the first time you will log-in with your account you will be able to download again all your DLCs

If you back up the entire My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age folder you shouldn't have to redownload your DLCs again.
