When I started the download it said the file was nearly 500mb in size. Now it's finished and it's only at 189mb. Did the download screw up in some way, or is that right?
Zaeed file size - ~500mb finished at ~190mb. What?

Um yes actually. It was a problem on your ISP's end - not on their part. It's not uncommon for downloads to finish prematurely.
