Okay, so I had a different issue than I have seen most people. I have my EA Account which is tied to my Gametag and is tied to my Dragon Age content, but I couldn't for some reason log into said account for social.bioware.com to redeem codes. I wasn't in a hurry, so I just sent an e-mail to EA Support about the issue (hopefully, it will get solved eventually). I found a solution though, and it requires you to have Dragon Age. What I did was I put in my Dragon Age disc, entered the downloadable content area and entered in my Mass Effect codes where it says "Redeem EA Code". Now, obviously it didn't show up in my DA:O Content list, but then I booted up Mass Effect 2 and it's ready to be downloaded. Hope this helps anybody else who may have this issue.
