Does ANYONE have a clue how to send an email to EA for support?

I'm a 30-year old gamer, and even I can't figure out this completely ridiculous system.  I can't send them emails, I can't link my Xbox and EA accounts (why the hell does EA think I need an account?)

This is the worse product launch I've ever seen before.  I swear I want to find an EA exec and slug 'em in the face.

Of course, I made the fatal mistake of creating a NEW EA account and validating all my codes (all 5 of them) online.  Of course my Xbox is already linked to some other account I created THREE years ago, so now I can't get to all my content on my primary XBL gamertag...

This is absolutely absurd, and I can't even write EA to **** about it.

Any tips?  Anyone want to join me in a riot?

Make sure you're logged in to EA.com, then go here, Email Us should be on the left side.

And here's a tutorial on how to get your DLC back.  It will only work if you're connected to LIVE, though.

Yeah, right after making this post, I found the email link. And I already followed the tutorial to get my content, but now my primary account doesn't have the Cerberus news on the cover, and I don't know if I'll be able to download my Blood Dragon Armor from the silver account that I used to download all my additional content. I'm going to experiment with that now.



Why couldn't EA use XBL codes like EVERYONE else does??? Bethesda, Turn10 - all those companies do it the simple and easy way. Why does EA have to try taking over the World? Doesn't help that they're as organized as Pinky and the Brain...

Don't worry, Blood Dragon Armor is crap, anyway.  No customization at all.  You can't even remove the helmet.  The Normandy Crash Pack is average at best, and Zaeed is just another Archangel.

The other thing you can try is calling them up.  One of my friends had this same issue and called them up.  It took them a while, but they eventually got their **** together and linked his accounts properly.
