ok i know this is dumb but i need to know and cant find the answer.

i had uninstalled mass effect 1 a while ago. now that i have mass effect 2 im thinking about reinstalling it and playing both straight through.

heres my problem....i only have disc 1 in my mass effect case....how many discs are missing? im a slob and have discs floating about all over my apartment, so at least knowing how many i have to find would be a big help.

I'm pretty sure there is only one dvd disc.

cuz its in a case that is obviously large enough for more...and it has disc 1 printed on it. seems silly to print disc 1 when theres only one in the first place.

lol...  Yeah that was a PC standard case that was overkill for single disk games.

i still think its pretty stupid to print "disc 1" on it if its the only disc there is.

There is only one disc. However, if you bought it outside North America, there is a second disc so you can install other languages. But yeah, if you're looking to only install the English version, you only need the one disc.

Thats funny I live in the US and bought the CE version from GameStop and mine has TWO install disks and ONE bonus disk.

That's the Collector's edition though. Can't recall what the second disc is for in that version (perhaps it's the language files as well?)

your mass effect 1 game has 2 install discs and a bonus disc???

i did just install it with only the 1 disc.

Yep ..... I have the CE version though but I am not sure why that would make a difference.

what extras come with the ce version?



im pretty sure the disc is packed to the gills in the first place. so if theres a lot of extra content they may have needed the extra disc. dont know though...just a guess

The Ce version has special DLC (Armor and weapon), Bonus disk (Making of ME2), ME2 comic book , and a hardbound Me2 art book, Also the disks come in a cool metal case....

Ok my bad .....I thought you were asking if ME2 was a one disk set or a 2 disk install........ Eury is correct then and my ME 1 is not a CE
