Hello everyone, I purchased the XBox 360 CE along with the Digital CE from steam.

Based on: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php all my codes are entered, however a bunch are for the wrong platform, etc.

Under PC, I have:

Memory Band
Collector's Edition
Shale
Blood Armor
Grey Warden Base
Wicked Oath
Memory Band
Wolf Charm
Amulet of the War Mage
Embris
Lucky Stone

Under Xbox 360, I have:

Blood Armor
Shale
Collector's Edition
Amulet of the War Mage
Embris
Lucky Stone

You'll notice that hte PC version has 2x Memory Bands redeemed.  The Wolf Charm and the Memory Band were obtained withy my XBox purchase, I'm just wondering why they weren't linked to the proper game?  Is there anything I can do?

My gf is playing the PC version while I'm playing the XBox version and this is giving her a bit of advantage over me in our "race".

Well now they have the support site I've asked through there. Hopefully I can get my stuff on the xbox as well.

Just an update, no word from EA support. The list has updated somewhat with these items:

You'll notice there's an UNRECOGNIZED ITEM now.



On a different note, the text for the unrecognized item states:



An unknown promotional item has been found. Urecognized items will still be available and recognized by the system and game they are intended for.



The unrecognized in that statement is misspelled.

The answer I got from EA was "DLC is different per platform" and I haven't gotten a follow up yet.



Nothing from these forums yet either.



I'm mainly worried about the Mass Effect 2 Armour and what will happen with it, but it really sucks that I don't have everything I should on the Xbox.

You do have the Mass Effect armor. Be sure to make a list of each thing you have bought too and send it to EA. It's possible you don't have the same stuff on PC and Xbox. For instance, if you pre-ordered on PC but not Xbox, only PC will get the Memory band.

I pre-ordered on both Xbox and PC. I ended up buying the PC version via steam.



I'm getting a response via the ticket system through EA right now, but it's like pulling teeth.



"Yes it's registered for the PC"



Cool I know. The issue is that it should be registered for the freakin' XBox.
